AROUND THE TABLE AT DRIVER'S
Natural Dental Health with Sushama Gokhale
Thursday, March 29 at 7 pm
We welcome Sushama Gokhale back Around the Table to discuss the science and tradition of natural dental health. This will be an interactive talk where Sushama will discuss the relationship between the food we eat and the state of our dental, mental and physical health. She will provide us with practical tips for healthier teeth, along with the science for healing pervasive dental problems, without the use of chemicals that merely suppress symptoms. Admission is free bust space is limited. Please RSVP.
Jordan Brown and Jessica Karp's goal when they started Hu Kitchen in Manhattan wasn't just to get by with healthier food, but to dig deeply into the quality and origin of the food they offered customers. They are inspired by organic food’s ability to heal the body, and want to help people thrive. Their line of Hu Chocolate bars are vegan and paleo, using 70% stone ground dark chocolate, and fair trade cacao.
After retiring, Diane Cowdrey focused on her passion for plant-based food and founded Sweet Diane’s, a line of vegan comfort foods. Diane is certified by Marin County’s cottage law, which licenses her to make products in her home kitchen, and allows her to grow her business slowly and sustainably. Sweet Diane’s is currently only sold by a handful of Bay Area purveyors, and we are happy to carry her line of fresh, gluten-free granolas at Driver's.
