Learn about the new government grants portal and Coast to Capital European Social Fund Grants at this free online session.
About this event
A one-hour free funding information session online, facilitated by a collaboration of the volunteer centres across East Surrey (CSVA, TVA and VARB).
1) Grants Applicant Programme (GAP)
Government Grants Management Function, Cabinet Office.
The GAP team will present the first phase of the pilot government grants funding platform ‘Find a Grant’. A new funding platform designed to make it simpler, faster and fairer for everyone to find and apply for government grants. The team will explain how to access this free platform and demonstrate how to browse, search, filter and receive notifications for a small but growing sample of government grants. You can also register for a great opportunity to become part of the ‘Government Grants Community’ and directly feed in your thoughts on the platform to the GAP team.
Don’t miss this opportunity to find out more about this free platform and access to government grants.
2) Coast to Capital (C2C) ESF Community Grants
London Learning Consortium (LLC).
London Learning Consortium is a Community Interest Company that works for the benefit of communities and businesses across London and the Southeast. LLC delivers skills and education programmes directly and in partnership with voluntary and community sector learning providers and other learning and skills delivery organisations.
Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA):
The ESFA has contracted with LLC to act as a managing agent and to make ESF community grants available in the form of small grants (up to £20,000), to third sector and other small organisations for the purpose of mobilising disadvantaged or excluded unemployed and inactive people to enable their progress towards employment.
The ESF community grants are funded by the European Social Fund.
