Welcome to the last day of the Sober Weekender. We hope this weekend has inspired you to live well, whether you want to change your drinking, improve your sense of wellbeing, or both.
Monday is a chance to look back over the weekend and everything that has happened. We want to give you the space to reflect on what you’ve learned during your Sober Weekender about drinking, wellbeing and you.
As you begin a new week, Monday is also a chance to look forward and focus on what’s next. So today, you’ll discover some ways to work out whether going alcohol-free or moderating might work for you in the longer-term.
And we’ve got some suggestions about how Club Soda can help, if you want to continue your adventures in changing your drinking with us.
