Our regular online conversations allow you to connect with other mindful drinkers and alcohol-free people in your area and around the world; a safe, virtual space for you to meet, chat & socialise. 

So grab your computer or phone, and join us and other Club Soda members for a laugh, natter or a heart-to-heart without judgement.

Mindful Monday at 7.30pm – guided sessions with Nicola Owen 

Thursdays at 6.3opm - Queers Without Beers LGBT+ special, hosted by Scott from Proud and Sober

Fridays at 6pm - global "after-work drinks", hosted by Jussi in London

All the times are UK times, but you are welcome to join from anywhere in the world.
