Hello, Writers,

Hello, all,

September already! I'll be leaving the country in just four days, and will be leaving WriteOn in the hands of my capable volunteers. For those submitting events, please send them now to events@bcwriters.ca where Brad can ensure they make it into relevant newsletters.

Also: What is Wild Apricot? This is a question we've received several times recently, and we'd like to assure everyone that it is a legitimate program that the FBCW is working with to improve membership services. Wild Apricot helps us manage member payments, our Writers' Calendar, our member directory (Find a Writer!) and more. Wild Apricot replaced our old membership program, Membee. If you find yourself on a website with wild apricot in the URL, don't worry--you're probably in the right place.

If you have a question about FBCW services, please email membership@bcwriters.ca. The office will be closed for most of September, so we won't be able to accept phone queries.

Please enjoy the information below.

Shaleeta Harrison,
Executive Director
