The 2016 European Water Polo Championships
-the most important European Water Polo Championships ever held-, 
will be in Belgrade, Serbia, from January 10th to 23rd, 2016. 
During these days, 28 teams will compete in a 100-match tournament to win the first place, that will guarantee a place for the 2016 Olympic Games.

The 34x21m competition pool and the 25x15m warm-up pool were built on the occasion using Myrtha Technology in the Kombank Arena, the largest indoor arena in the city.
