2018-19 Edition of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice
On a related front, The Appraisal Foundation announced that the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) has issued the Third Exposure Draft of proposed changes for the 2018-19 edition of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. This Third Exposure Draft includes an Executive Summary for a quick look at the issues under consideration.

2017 Real Estate Update and Installation Dinner

We’re opening 2017 with our annual Real Estate Update and Installation Dinner at Maggiano’s in Chevy Chase. The update will include an overall economic review as well as individual reports for commercial finance, retail, office and residential segments of the real estate market. Presenters will address current inventory, projected supply and demand and investment dynamics for each market segment. We'll follow up dinner with the introduction and installation of the 2017 AIDC board of directors.
