2016 Real Estate Update & Installation Dinner

Outlook for 2016 & Beyond

Members of the appraisal community convened for an update on the economic outlook for real estate in the Metro DC area for 2016 and beyond. The program offered an overall economic review as well as individual reports for commercial finance, retail, office and residential segments of the real estate market. Noeline Fuller Scholarships Available for AI Candidates and Practicing Affiliates

Candidates and practicing affiliates from Region 6 in good standing with the Appraisal Institute can apply for a $500 education scholarship by submitting the scholarship application, a written request summarizing professional goals and experience, financial need, involvement with the Appraisal Institute or the local AI chapter, commitment to achieving an Appraisal Institute designation, proof of college degree or education approved alternative, and two letters of recommendation (preferably Region VI Committee Member, Chapter Board member or Advisor).
