Euroimmun HEp-2010 ANA IFA Superior Sensitivity and Accuracy
A recent study by Pisetsky et al analysed 181 confirmed SLE patient samples using 5 commercially available ANA IFA assays to evaluate the performance of each system.
The result indicated that test sensitivity may vary greatly among different ANA assays. Euroimmun HEp-2010 ANA IFA showed the highest sensitivity compared to other analysed assays.
