Recent adaptations to the profiles have given excellent results.
Changes that were made include:
- Enhanced sample buffer
- Prolonged serum incubation
- Improved test strip staining
*The strips remain identical to the former version.
Other features of the test include:
- Multi-parameter assay
- Excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility
- Room temperature incubation
The results in the table below show excellent agreement with UK NEQAS target values and thin-layer chromatography (TLC) immune detection values.
