Chef Jesse Moore has earned props for offering one of the best vegan menus in town at a non-vegan spot (that'd be Ace Eat Serve, y'all), and he's just rolled out the new spring menu. We're looking at you, Burmese fried rice. Bonus: there's ping pong.

Drink

Rick England began making coffee liqueur in the 1980s, and his special brew became Richardo's Decaf Coffee Liqueur. It's a rich, smooth blend of decaffeinated coffee, vanilla and spirits that's aged for at least a month. Produced locally in Lyons, CO, the spirit just won a silver medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Use it in your next White Russian.
