Secret’s out: Seattle Met has let slip a secret menu item at Molly Moon’s. If you ask for “Molly’s Favorite Vegan,” they’ll hook you up with a vegan sundae with coconut ice cream, chocolate sauce, candied hazelnuts and coconut whipped cream. We’ll take one alongside their not-so-secret pumpkin clove fall flavor as a treat today.

Tonight’s the second annual Teeny Tiny Pumpkin Fest at The Bottle Neck. There’s no cover for this celebration of all things pumpkin, and we suggest getting there early (doors open 4 p.m.) for their four pumpkin ales on tap (even pumpkin cider!), and three pumpkin cocktails -- we like the sounds of the Jack O’ Lantern Pump and a La Balabaza Margarita.

Give food, get cider is a policy we can get behind. Today’s the third annual Cider Press and Food Truck for the Greenwood Food Bank, where in exchange for a bag of food or $10 donation, donors receive a growler of City Fruit’s fresh-pressed apple cider. Make a day of it and tour the food bank, and if you get the inclination to trick-or-treat, candy and Halloween activities will be on hand.
