NOVEMBER IS NATIONAL ADOPTION MONTH
Throughout the month of November, Catholic Charities USA will celebrate National Adoption Month by spotlighting programs that have successfully matched families with children nationwide. We hope that you will join with us in raising awareness about adoption in the United States.
Officially proclaimed “National Adoption Week” by President Ronald Reagan in 1984, President Bill Clinton deemed November as “National Adoption Month” in 1995 in order to expand the awareness of the adoption of children, and particularly children with special needs.
