Is September the new January? Feels like it!
There is something about the changing of the seasons after a summer break, that makes me want to buy a new pencil case and ring the changes!
New school stationary was one of my favourite things, (along with glittery roller boot laces!)
Now is the time to start some positive strategies to increase self care and maintenance!
I am going to join the local health club, put aside more time for doing nothing and have invested in some FAB training courses!
