New Speakers: We promised you a new round of impressive speakers, and we delivered (and we’re still confirming more fantastic names in the weeks to come). Here’s a glimpse at a few more of the experts you’ll learn from on Feb. 12:
  • Alexandra Renner, Startup Lead R&D at BMW Startup Garage: Alexandra is a former startup founder who now leads all R&D related scouting activities at BMW Startup Garage.
  • Itamar Gilad, Product Management and Strategy Consultant at Product Front: Itamar is a consultant, author and speaker who specializes in product management, strategy and growth with over 20 years experience in senior product management and engineering roles at Google, Microsoft and more.
  • Johannes Ellenberg, CEO at Ellenberg GmbH: Johannes is the author of The Startup Code, an entrepreneur and a well-known head of the German startup scene who supports both startups and established companies in developing digital business models.
  • Gabrielle Bufrem, Senior Product Manager at Pivotal: Gabrielle works at the intersection of product management and design – so much so that she is currently conducting research with Brown PHD students on how to improve collaboration in design.

Unconference: Lean Startup Summit will once again bring one of the best parts of Lean Startup events to Berlin: The Unconference, hosted at ESMT Berlin (European School for Management & Technology) on the afternoon of Feb. 11, the day before the summit. [access included in summit pass]

The Unconference turns the typical conference format on its head, featuring an on-the-fly agenda of sessions proposed and voted on by attendees. The format encourages speakers and attendees to mix, mingle and share learnings with one another.
Convince Your Boss: Need a little help convincing your boss (that includes those of you who are your own boss...) that sending you to the summit will pay off when you come back to the office equipped with practical lessons that you can apply to your work immediately, along with loads of valuable new contacts? We’ve got you covered with these three points (you can find all the details on the summit site):
  1. You’ll spend the day learning how to build the modern company
  2. You’ll leave with practical lessons learned through case studies, workshops, startup tours and keynotes
  3. You’ll meet with and learn from fellow entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs facing similar challenges
We encourage you to register for your pass with our Fall Special. Prices will increase after Friday, Nov. 30.
