See Our New Switcher in Action
“The Big Switch,” a live demonstration of the Video Club's new switcher which allows real-time editing of video from multiple cameras, will be presented at our General Meeting tomorrow evening (February 18) in the Video Lab and Studio. CLICK HERE for flier.
Members will shoot and display live action on a large TV. Performing on camera will be Marge Kinney interviewing Susie Stockholm on how to create iPad art, Alan Goldman with a guitar solo, and Phil Doran and Ellen Van Houten from the “Never Too Late to Date” TV game-show with a comedy sketch. Refreshments and viewing of a video by Mike Bajc of the club's January 23 Awards Banquet at 6:30 pm, followed by the program. Open free to Village residents and guests. Four-Week Video Production Class Starts Saturday

Vice President Tom Nash's four-week “Introduction to Video Production” class will be offered again starting this Saturday, February 20, 10 am-noon, in the Video Lab and Studio. If you missed it earlier -- or would like to review these essential topics -- now's your opportunity. The class offers one session each on camera operation, lighting, sound, and editing with detailed handouts. Cost is $5 per session or $15 for the series, $25 for non-members (includes club membership). Open to all without pre-registration.
