Learn to Make Videos As A Team in This Very "Hands-On" Class
Dates to Be Announced – CLASS: “Multi-Camera Studio Production”
3 sessions. Instructor: Dr. Tom Nash. The Video Club produces several programs in our Studio. If you would like to help with these, or perhaps produce your own material, this class is for you. It’s fun, and you get the production done quickly and well. You will learn what each part of the team does and try your hand at several of the tasks. A very “hands-on” experience. $15 for members, $30 for non-members (includes club membership). 10-11:30 am, Video Studio.

Video Rendering Options to Be Discussed in April 17 VideoStudio Forum
T he next Corel VideoStudio. Forum (for PC users) will be held Monday, April 17, at 10 am via Zoom. Discussions will be centered around the options which are available when rendering a video project ("SHARE").
Facilitated by our veteran Friday Video Lab Supervisor Wolfgang Kutter, this Forum is for Windows PC users who edit in the popular program Corel VideoStudio. If you would like to attend, please send your name, email, and phone number to Wolfgang at wkutter7@gmail.com.
NOTE: The Video Club will offer two introductory classes in the use of VideoStudio next month. They are "Tips to Facilitate Video Editing on the PC," taught by Wolfgang, and "Corel VideoStudio Editing for the PC," taught by Tom Nash. See full details on our website

Learn Smartphone Video Techniques from Carmen Pacella at April 20 General Meeting

Our next General Meeting speaker will be Village resident and iPhone-ographer Carmen Pacella on Thursday, April 20, in the Video Lab. Refreshments and socializing at 6:30 pm, program at 7 pm. Village residents and their guests are invited to attend without charge.
Carmen, who has a long background in graphics, shoots and edits the Chicago Club travel videos seen on Village TV. His talk on “Necessity Is the Mother of Invention: Thinking Outside of the Box!” will include video clips and demonstration of his equipment. Stephanie Brasher will once again offer her popular two-session class, “Take Better Video with Your iPhone and iPad,” on Saturdays, April 22 and 29, from 1 to 3 pm in the Video Lab.
Class size is limited and pre-registration is required. To enroll, email Stephanie at sjgardiner1@gmail.com. Cost is $10 for members, $25 for non-members (includes 2023 club membership).
