As you may already know, Industrial Alliance Securities, a subsidiary of Industrial Alliance Group, is acquiring HollisWealth from Scotia Capital Inc. This means that the HollisWealth group will be owned and operated by Industrial Alliance Securities starting August 4 of this year. Industrial Alliance Group is the 4^th largest life and health insurance group in Canada managing over $126 billion in assets and 5,300 employees.
 
Please know that the transition has been planned to be totally seamless to you, our valued client. This means that you will not need to do anything, not even sign new paperwork, as our business will be carrying on as usual. If you have not already received a letter from HollisWealth, you will receive one soon outlining this transition.
