Urgent reminder for season ticket shareholders

Will all season ticket shareholders hoping to attend games during the final season at Upton Park and the first season at the Olympic Stadium please get in touch with Secretary Mark Steele as a matter of urgency.

We needed all application forms along with a £25 deposit by March 2. Please act today. If we don't have information about the number of games you'd like to attend for the next two seasons (2015/16 & 2016/17) along with your deposit, we will assume you don't want to continue being part of the season ticket shareholder scheme.

Once we have all this information and the club pays for our season tickets for the 2015/16 campaign, shareholders will need to pay off the balance of the 2015/16 season ticket by May 29We will then need to have received a further deposit of £50 before July 3 for the 2016/17 season and our first at the Olympic Stadium. The remaining balance for the 2016/17 season won't need to be paid off until June 1, 2016.

Opinions on what we should do regarding our final game at Upton Park and our first game at the Olympic Stadium will be sought at a later date. If you have any questions regarding any of the above, please feel free to contact Secretary Mark Steele.

The aim of the King's Lynn Irons Club is to give fans in the King's Lynn and surrounding area the opportunity to get tickets to watch our team - West Ham United - at home and away. We have more than 30 season ticket holders at Upton Park for the 2014/2015 season including 16 in the West Stand (Alpari) Upper Tier, the premier stand at the Boleyn Ground. We also have a similar number of season ticket holders in the Bobby Moore Lower Stand and two in the East Stand Upper.

By joining the King's Lynn Irons you don't just get the opportunity to buy tickets for home games, we have the chance to get you priority match tickets for most Premier League away games, Carling Cup and FA Cup matches. As well as match tickets we offer discounted rail travel for all KLIC members who travel with the supporters' club to each home match, and for KLIC members group away days we also have the option of hiring mini buses for a great away trip.

The benefits don't end there. The KLIC also hosts a number of social events during the year which prove very popular not only with our members but also their wives and partners. If you want to join the King's Lynn Irons it doesn't break the bank either, a season's membership costs just £10 for Adults and £5 for under 18s.
