A true entrepreneur, Jo created the cult brand ‘Jo Malone London’ from her kitchen, initially producing handmade skincare and scented bath oils.  Having sold the brand to beauty giant Estee Lauder in 1999, she continued to work as Creative Director until leaving in 2006.
In 2010, Jo showed her enterprising flare by conceptualising and presenting a BBC One TV series helping small businesses create successful brands.  Returning to the beauty industry, in 2011 she launched ‘Jo Loves’ bringing her love for luxury fragrance alive again.
Jo speaks on entrepreneurship and shares her business journey, including the highs and lows of starting all over again and how she intends to inspire and innovate a global industry…for a second time!
