Mindful Evenings for all
These practice evenings will be on Monday 23 March and 13 April 2015, 6:30 to 8pm. They are suitable for beginners wanting an introduction to mindfulness and those who have had mindfulness training and want to refresh their practice and develop skills in a teacher-led group session.

Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course for beginners
Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a standardised 8-session programme that research shows can help improve overall well-being and resilience to stress and decrease anxiety and low mood.  The next course will run on Monday evenings from 6:30 to 9pm, from 20 April to 15 June 2015.

Mindfulness Practice Day for MBSR/MBSR graduates
Mindfulness Practice Day is a great opportunity for those who have completed an 8-session course, such as MBSR or Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
