2019 Theme - Masquerade Fête

While wearing a mask to the 2019 Gala Dinner is optional, we know that many guests are having a lot of fun choosing what mask they will wear the night of the Gala! We have heard that there are multiple places in Winnipeg that have them available for sale and at a wide range of prices. Gags Unlimited and Party Stuff are just two. Try on a variety of masks to find one that sits comfortably on your face and allows you to see properly. Have fun!

There's a New Chef in Town!

E. Edison Antejos is the new Executive Chef at Delta Hotels by Marriott Winnipeg! Chef Antejos comes to Winnipeg from BC. We are so pleased to have him as the co-team lead for the chefs preparing the 2019 Gala menu. Have you experienced his food at Blaze Restaurant & Lounge? Check out his chef bio at www.hemophiliamb.ca/gala

Executive Chef Kristel Pastorin

Incredibly talented, fierce, tireless and very generous. We are talking about Kristel Pastorin, Executive Chef of The Grove Pub and Restaurant. Not only has she worked on the opening of 2 locations of The Canteen Coffee Shop, as well as the new French cuisine inspired Blackbird Brasserie, she has had time to co-lead the chef team for the 2019 Gala Dinner! We are grateful to Kristel for welcoming Chef Antejos to Winnipeg and for all her efforts to give our guests an amazing culinary experience! You can see her chef bio at www.hemophiliamb.ca/gala

Executive Chef Tim Palmer

Dreaming of summer and Backdoor Burgers and Taco Tuesdays at Fairmont Winnipeg? Tim Palmer, Executive Chef Fairmont Winnipeg is back for the 2019 Gala Dinner! Chef Tim wowed our guests last year with his soup - Manitoba pork consommé, confit trotter and truffle tortellini.  Have you seen photos of his roof top garden?
