The Canadian Hemophilia Society, Manitoba Chapter invites you to join us for STR"EAT"S of Winnipeg, a culinary adventure in support of Manitobans with inherited bleeding disorders. We are so excited to be planning the 19th Annual Gala Dinner of Culinary Inspirations. We look forward to sharing an exceptional meal and dancing in the ballroom of Delta Hotels by Marriott Winnipeg. We are excited to have two new guest chefs joining us to collaborate on an outstanding dining experience celebrating iconic streets in Winnipeg and our ethnic diversity.
The evening will start at 6 pm with the cocktail hour. Sample the complimentary cocktails and enjoy an hors d'ouevre while you view the offerings in the silent auction. Dinner starts at 7:30 pm and each course is expertly paired by a Product Ambassador from Manitoba Liquor Marts. Do you like to win prizes? We have so many prizes! Following the dinner program we invite you to put on your dancing shoes and hit the dance floor!

Delta Hotels by Marriott Winnipeg is offering our 2023 Gala guests a special room rate of $159 (parking not included) for the night of the event, March 18th. Arrive with plenty of time to relax and get ready. Enjoy all that the evening has to offer and then retire to a beautiful guest room. Gala Sponsorship
The annual Gala Dinner is the Chapter's most significant fundraiser and provides the financial means for the Chapter to provide programs and services. There are many levels of sponsorship that have traditionally appealed to Chapter members and their families. If you are interested, please contact the Chapter office at info@hemophiliamb.ca.
BRONZE SPONSOR - $600
There are two options to sponsor at the Bronze level. For a cash sponsorship, two Gala tickets are included. For a prize donation valued at $600, there is an opportunity to purchase 2 Gala Tickets at a special 50% reduction ($175 for 2).
FRIEND OF THE CHAPTER - Do you have a prize you can donate? We gratefully accept gift certificates and items big and small in value. Donations of art objects are used in the silent auction.
Treasure Chest Sponsor $500 – The Treasure Chest lottery is a favourite of our Gala guests. Patrons purchase a combination to try to open the locked chest to win the treasure inside. This is a significant fundraising activity at the event. The Treasure Chest Sponsor will be acknowledged as a Friend of the Chapter in the program and acknowledged on the signage at the Treasure Chest.
Gala Dinner Program Sponsor $400 – We print 250, color, multi-page programs that celebrate the culinary creations of our guest chefs and thank our sponsors. The Gala Dinner Program Sponsor will be acknowledged as a Friend of the Chapter in the program and will be acknowledged on the front cover of the program.
Coat Check $250 – The Gala is in March, in Winnipeg. Need we say more? The Coat Check Sponsor will be acknowledged as a Friend of the Chapter in the program and in signage at the coat check desk.
Designated Driver Sponsor $150 – The Gala dinner includes a sponsored cocktail hour and sponsored pairings with each course. Help us thank the designated drivers who keep our guests safe by providing them with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. The Designated Driver Sponsor will be acknowledged as a Friend of the Chapter in the program and in signage at the foyer bar.
Support Ticket - If you are unable to attend this year but want to support the Canadian Hemophilia Society, Manitoba Chapter (CHS-MC) we encourage you to purchase a $50 Support Ticket through CanadaHelps.

It is a great opportunity!

Nominate a CHS-MC Volunteer
As a grassroots organization, none of our programs and services would be possible without the time, energy and talents of our volunteers. Volunteer contributions are vital to the work of the Chapter and those contributions are both recognized and valued. The CHS-MC Volunteer Award Program has categories honoring the service of Manitobans impacting the bleeding disorders community. The nomination form has a description of the award and the previous recipients. Show a volunteer some love and make a nomination of a person who has made a difference to your family. Deadline for nominations is February 28th.
