Colleges of Distinction 2018-2019

Montevallo Honored Among National Colleges of Distinction 2018-2019

For the seventh consecutive year, the University of Montevallo has been recognized as one of the nation’s Colleges of Distinction. It continues to be one of only two schools in Alabama marked with the Public College of Distinction achievement.

Colleges of Distinction’s selection process reviews several facets of each institution, including general education programs, alumni success, strategic plan, student satisfaction and more. Schools are chosen on the basis that they adhere to the following four distinctions: Engaged Students, Great Teaching, Vibrant Community and Successful Outcomes.
