Accessing Your W2 Electronically
If you elected to receive your 2018 W2 Wage and Tax Statement electronically, it is now available.
Simply log in to your Banner Self-Services account and click on Employee > Tax Forms > W2 Wage and Tax Statement and select 2018.
Please be sure to read the instructions at the top of the page. For a printable copy of the W2, click on the “Printable W-2” button at the bottom of the screen. You may also access the required Employee information by clicking “Notice to Employee” in the instructions at the top of the W2 screen.
You may opt for electronic delivery at any time! If you wish to retrieve electronically and have not given your consent, you may login per the instructions above, give your consent by checking the box and access will be immediately granted. Once you have given consent, it will be available electronically each year until you revoke consent.

2019 Run for Research T-shirt Design Contest
The Undergraduate Research Program announces a t-shirt design contest for the 2019 Run for Research. This contest is open to all students, faculty and staff. Design should be suitable for a shirt with a background color of purple, gold, white, black or gray and imprint color of white, black, purple or gold. Submissions may include a large design to fill the back of the shirt and a small design for the front shirt pocket. Designs should be submitted as a .pdf file to URProgram@montevallo.edu with the subject line “t-shirt design” no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 8. The winner will be announced at Undergraduate Research Day in March and will receive $75!
Nominations for Student Employee of the Year
The Office of Student Employment is now accepting nominations for the 2018-2019 Student Employee of the Year. The winner will receive a $500 award from UM’s National Alumni Association. The deadline for submitting nominations is Feb. 17. To nominate a student employee for this award, visit this link.
Open Enrollment for Pre-K at UM’s Child Study Center
Open enrollment and pre-registration for UM’s Child Study Center Pre-K for the 2019-2020 school year is now available. Enrollment is open to all children who are four years of age on or before Sept. 1, 2019, and are residents of Alabama. To register, visit alprek.asapconnected.com. A copy of the child’s birth certificate and a copy of a recent utility bill must be uploaded during registration. Acceptance is conducted through a drawing which will be held on Friday, March 15, at 12 p.m. at the Child Study Center. Parent and/or guardian does not have to be present at drawing.
