Rev. Jacob Birch New Ventures Regional Developer - Atlantic Canada
will be our guest speaker.  His message:  
"1,2,3: Building an Alliance witness in Atlantic Canada"
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Westburne Alliance Church, please talk to Pastor Moe or one of the elders.  We are looking forward to receiving several people into membership on Sunday, February 26th, which is also the day of our annual meeting!

The Noisy Offering

Sunday, January 8th TOTAL:  $329
     Please pray for the ministries that these funds will help support.  Pray for Denise Dube and the lives of the girls and women that her ministry is touching.

THE PARVEZ FAMILY UPDATE:  It is incredible to think that the Parvez family have been here in St. Catharines for over a year now.  We are so thankful for each of them.  We give thanks to God that William has found full-time employment.  He is currently on a probation period and on April 1st will receive full-time benefits.  PRAISE THE LORD!

Please continue to pray and consider how you might give financially.  The Westburne Alliance Church is official sponsor of this family.  You can give through your offering envelopes by writing 'Refugee Sponsorship' on the line marked 'SPECIAL'. The Board of Elders will be monitoring our sponsorship in these next  6 months to the point where the Parvez family become financially independent.  Thank you for the love that you have extended to them!

   Our Adult Bible Class has resumed and is meeting in the church library at 9:30 a.m.  Glenn Birch is leading the class in a study focusing and discussing the 12 disciples/apostles. The study is based on the book The Master and His Men by J Stuart Holden.  Think about someone starting a movement today, especially a movement with a worldwide objective. The first thing necessary is a list of names.  It is His choice of associates (the common man) that we are studying. 

Men's Breakfast on Saturday, January 21 at 8:30 a.m.
Cost: $5 per person.  Invite a friend to come with you!

Thank you for all the food that was given to help produce the Christmas food hampers.
We were able to deliver 5 food hampers to families that are connected to Westburne and we gave 6 full hampers for the Salvation Army to deliver.  There was also a large amount of food that was left over that we were able to give to the Salvation Army.  I know that God is and will use these gifts of food to draw families to Himself.

Sunday, February 26th in the Campbell Fellowship Hall.
There will be a soup lunch provided immediately following the morning service and the annual meeting will be in session.  Members are strongly encouraged to do everything in their power to be attend this meeting.
Our secretary would like all the annual reports to be submitted ASAP and that includes Pastor Moe's report!
