Rainbows are amazing and beautiful - not only in the sky but also on the dining table!  "Eating a Rainbow" helps fuel your body with a complete range of nutrients. 

Meet us at the Market to celebrate "Eating a Rainbow"!
We are preparing a vibrant Market full of food and fun to highlight the importance of eating a rainbow!

In addition to fun Rainbow art, our talented Chef Mitch will be cooking up a delicious Rainbow (vegetable) Soup! Stop by the Chefs' Table to taste the deep-down satisfying goodness!

~Saturday Morning Music Series: 9:30-11:00 Join us as we listen to Alice Osborne on the Ivey-Ellington House front porch!  For over 3 years Alice has delighted our Market patrons with a variety of easy listening Folk Americana that starts your day off the right way!

~Movement at the Market: Our free yoga series has ended for this season.  We are grateful for your participation - as well as the time and energy of our instructors!  We hope to see you next year!  

~Kid's Table:  Join us as we celebrate eating the ‘produce rainbow’ at the Kids Table!  Have fun creating dimensional rainbow art and learning about all the nutrition and goodness of eating a colorful assortment from Mother Nature!
Chefs Corner

Chef Mitch will be cooking up savory samples of a warm and hearty Rainbow (vegetable) soup.  Visit the Chefs' Table to taste this healthy soup and celebrate autumns’ rainbow of vegetables. 

The soup recipe is from Kind Veggie Burritos, a cookbook created by local author, Beth Livingston.

Parker Farm and Vineyard
Parker Farm and Vineyard will be at market this week for a lovely fall day.  Look for pumpkins, acorn squash, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, eggplant, peppers, beautiful cut green beans, cut flowers, eggs and more!
Pastured pork option include sausages (mild and hot breakfast, Italian, andouille, bratwursts, links, patties, bulk), bacon, pork chops, roasts and bones for soup. We also have ground beef, stew meat, roasts for the crockpot, ny strips and hamburger patties for the grill.
