Wrth i’r haf dynnu tua’i derfyn, mae’r tîm wrthi’n trefnu’r digwyddiadau at yr hydref, bydd rhagor o fanylion ar gael maes o law.
Dyma beth sydd wedi bod yn digwydd ym myd cyllid Ewropeaidd yn y trydydd sector.

Penodi Cadeirydd newydd i oruchwylio’r gwaith o fonitro cronfeydd yr UE yng Nghymru

Mae Julie Morgan AC yn cymryd lle’r cyn gadeirydd, Mick Antoniw AC, fel Cadeirydd newydd Pwyllgor Monitro Rhaglenni Cymru. Mae’r pwyllgor yn helpu i sicrhau bod Cymru’n manteisio i’r eithaf ar Gronfeydd yr UE drwy fonitro effeithiolrwydd y Cronfeydd Strwythurol a Buddsoddi Ewropeaidd yng Nghymru. Buddsoddiad Cymdeithasol Cymru

Ddydd Iau 22 Medi, cyhoeddodd Mark Drakeford, Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet dros Gyllid a Llywodraeth Leol, lansiad y Gronfa Tyfu Busnesau Cymdeithasol; cronfa ac ynddi £4m i fuddsoddi ym musnesau cymdeithasol Cymru.
Rheolir y prosiect newydd gan WCVA gyda chymorth £2.3m o gronfeydd yr UE. Bydd yn cynnig pecynnau ariannol hyd at £150,000 i fusnesau cymdeithasol ledled Cymru. Cliciwch yma i gael gwybod mwy.

Llwyddiant Horizon 2020 yng Nghymru

Mae Cymru eisoes wedi sicrhau dros €45m o raglen Horizon 2020, gan gynnwys 93 o gyfranogwyr, yn ôl yr ystadegau ffurfiol diweddaraf sydd ar gael gan y Comisiwn Ewropeaidd (Mehefin 2016).
Mae manylion am straeon llwyddiant Horizon 2020 yng Nghymru ar gael yma. I weld manylion am berfformiad Cymru yn ôl thema, sector, ac yn y blaen, a thueddiadau perthnasol sy’n dod i’r golwg, gweler Adroddiad Blynyddol 2015 Horizon 2020 yng Nghymru.

Rhwydwaith Cymru Iwerddon

Mae Cynllun Rhwydwaith Cymru Iwerddon (WIN3) yn rhoi cymorth ariannol i fudiadau sy’n teithio dramor i gyfarfod â phartneriaid posibl neu i chwilio am bartneriaid. Y nod yw cynyddu nifer y partneriaethau newydd sy’n cael eu llunio yng Nghymru ac Iwerddon i helpu i sicrhau ein bod yn manteisio i’r eithaf ar y cyfleoedd am gyllid a gynigir gan raglen drawsffiniol Cymru Iwerddon 2014-2020. Dyma’r dogfennau sydd ar gael:

Gwasanaeth Mentora Cymheiriaid Di-Waith

Ddydd Iau 15 Medi, aeth Lilla o 3-SET i lansiad y gwasanaeth. Nod y rhaglen yw helpu 6000 o bobl 25 oed neu hŷn sy’n gwella o broblemau gyda chamddefnyddio sylweddau a/neu iechyd meddwl, i ddychwelyd i fyd gwaith. Mae’r rhaglen yn werth £7.2 miliwn ac fe sicrhaodd dros £4.8 miliwn o Gronfa Gymdeithasol Ewrop.
Roedd y lansiad yn gyfle i’r noddwyr, y partneriaid cyflenwi gan gynnwys CAIS, Gofal a Newlink a defnyddwyr y gwasanaeth drafod y rhaglen a’i buddion i’r cyfranogwyr. Yn ogystal clywwyd straeon gan gyfranogwyr a oedd yn rhan o’r Rhaglen Mentora Cymheiriaid Camddefnyddio Sylweddau, a ddaeth i ben yn 2014, sydd bellach yn fentoriaid yn y prosiect presennol. Dywedodd Lilla “Gwych oedd gweld pobl a oedd wedi bod drwy’r un problemau yn y gorffennol yn helpu’r rheini sy’n wynebu’r un anawsterau nawr. Dangosodd hefyd sut y gall y prosiectau hyn wneud gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol ym mywydau pobl.” I gael gwybod mwy am y gwasanaeth ac â phwy i gysylltu, ewch ar dudalen we y Gwasanaeth Di-Waith.

 

Hyfforddiant: Mesur canlyniadau meddal

Bydd 3-SET yn cynnal 3 digwyddiad hyfforddi i roi’r wybodaeth a’r ddealltwriaeth i gyfranogwyr gynllunio a gweithredu system i gofnodi canlyniadau meddal yng nghyd-destun cyllid yr UE. Cynhelir y cyntaf yn Wrecsam ar 11 Hydref. Mae’r digwyddiadau yn rhad ac am ddim ond cofiwch gadw lle i osgoi siom. Cliciwch yma i gael gwybod mwy a sut i gadw lle.

New Chair appointed to oversee monitoring of EU funds in Wales

Julie Morgan AM replaces former chair, Mick Antoniw AM as the new Chair of The Wales Programme Monitoring Committee. The committee helps ensure Wales maximises the impact of the EU Funds by monitoring the effective delivery of the European Structural and Investment funds in Wales. Social Investment Wales

On Thursday 22 September, Mark Drakeford Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Local Government announced the launch of the Social Business Growth Fund; a £4m fund to invest in Wales’ social business sector.
Managed by WCVA and backed by £2.3m of EU funds, the new project will make funding packages of up to £150,000 available to social businesses across Wales. Click here for more info.

Horizon 2020 Welsh Success

Wales has already attracted over €45m from the Horizon 2020 programme, involving 93 participations, according to the latest available formal statistics from the European Commission (June 2016).

Wales Ireland Network

The Wales Ireland Networking (WIN3) Scheme provides financial support to organisations travelling overseas to meet or seek potential partners.The aim is to increase the formation of new partnerships in Ireland and Wales to help ensure we fully maximise the funding opportunities of the Ireland Wales cross border programme 2014-2020. Out of Work Peer Mentoring Service

On Thursday 15 September, Lilla from 3-SET attended the launch of the service. The programme aims to help 6000 people aged 25 or older, who are recovering from substance misuse and/or mental health issues, to get back into employment. The £7.2 million programme received more than £4.8 million from the European Social Fund. 
The launch event gave an opportunity to the sponsors, the delivery partners including CAIS, Gofal and Newlink and the service users to talk about the programme and its benefits for the participants. Stories were also heard from participants who were engaged on the Substance Misuse Peer Mentoring Programme which ended in 2014, who are now mentors on the current project. Lilla said “It was great to see people who had also experienced the same problems in the past helping those who are now facing the same difficulties. It also proved how these projects can make a real difference in people’s lives.” For more information about the service and who to contact, visit the Out of Work Service webpage.

Training: Measuring soft outcomes

3-SET will host 3 training events to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding to plan and implement a system for recording soft outcomes within the context of EU funding.
