We have a fun weekend coming up! First off, we have our LCIA and LID meetings on Saturday the 4th, 8:30a social, 9am start at the Scandia Valley Town Hall. The LID will present where we treated this year and discuss the tax levy amount for 2016.
Next we will have our annual Boat Parade on Saturday at 1:00pm. The Gaboury’s will be our Grand Marshall leading us in the parade. Gather in the bay and make sure those boats are decked out! Remember, the most decorated boat wins the honor of becoming next year's Grand Marshall.
Last but not least, we will have our first Kids Fishing Extravaganza on Sunday the 5th at 11:00am! We will sound the horn to start the fishing. The contest will run for 2 hours. Contestants will then bring their fish to Leo and Bonnie’s beach to sign in and have their fish weighed. There will be fun prizes for all kids who participate.
It will be a busy weekend so have fun and stay safe!
