He is also the Founder and Chief Encouraging Optimist of the ALL IS WELL –INSPIRE clothing company (www.alliswellinspire.com). Generosity: Global does work not only in America, but also in Africa, focusing on bringing access to clean drinking water to villages in need. Under Rich’s leadership, the organization has provided meals and life resources to over 20,000 homeless men, women and children in the Baltimore area, and has also brought clean drinking water to over 6,000 people in remote areas of Cameroon.
