We hope this update meets you in a place where you are able to see the full character of God and delight in His faithfulness to us!

This Tuesday, we held a special Thanksgiving-themed chapel. We took time to slow down and take Communion together, and we celebrated God’s faithfulness with student-led worship and times of sharing testimonies of gratitude by both staff and students. A common theme among students was their gratefulness for the relationships that they’ve formed during their time at ABC, which truly warms the hearts of the staff members here, many of whom understand the special friendship bonds that can form at Bible college.

Here are some other things that have been going on recently…

A couple of our students pulled a fast one on the cold spell Palmer has been having—doing snow angels in summer clothes, and provided some comic relief for our Ethics class in the process. Click the video below to see for yourself!

Murder Mystery Dinner

Josiah and Kimbrlee Richardson, a top notch couple that serves on our Institutional Advancement department, put together a dinner with a killer… fictional killer of course! Each person was assigned a character spoofed from historical figures of the 1940s. It was a great evening full of laughter and fun. Turns out that “Lu C. Balle” was a murderer 😱

The Great Quadplex Bake-Off!

Male quadplex residents holding their baked goods

A friendly competition was arranged where the guys in our housing quadplex baked their best version of a chocolate chip cookie and presented it to the panel of judges comprised of the girls. Let it be known: the dudes can BAKE! While the scoring was close, Caleb Christensen (tie-dye shirt) received the top honors of first place and a gift card to Sophia’s Cafe. Congrats Caleb!
