on FRIDAY 23rd December between 5.00p.m & 8.00p.m
Businesses are invited to extend trading this day for last minute Christmas shoppers.

Bush Market 6th Jan. 2017
With over 100 sites already booked Myrtleford can expect another busy Bush Market on Friday 6th January. Retailers are encouraged to think of inventive ways of getting the wandering crowds into your shops. Members who would like to have a stall utilising the 'non dedicated sites' can do so free of charge. You must still fill in an application form so our co-ordinator can talk to you about where you can be placed. The market operates between 9.00 and 2.30p.m with streets scheduled to re-open at 3.30p.m. Posters have been distributed around town or you can download a copy here
LaFiera - event application
LaFiera 2017 will be launched at Michelini Wines on Tuesday 16th May and run through until Sunday 21st May. Planning is underway and will again be part of Tourism North East's High Country Harvest. New events this year include a performance by the Melbourne based "School of Tarantella" at Saturdays Wine & Food Festa. There will also be school and community workshops conducted by the "School of Tarantella" leading up to LaFiera. There will be a return of the "Living Chess Match' but with a twist from previous years

Tourism Operators networking & digital marketing workshops
The Alpine Shire will be running a Tourism Operators network morning at Alpine Gate Café on Tuesday 14th March at 10.30a.m Make a diary note if you're interested.
If your a beginner and looking to improve your digital marketing there are two workshops being held in Myrtleford on Monday February 13th.
Digital 101 takes you through a basic introduction to digital, who does what in the tourism space, key trends and how you can participate.
Digital 102 is a hands on session that will navigate you through a build. You will be able to sit down with an expert and mange your listing with your own laptop and images.
