Revamped Denmark Tip Shop Open for Business
on Monday 25th May 2020

After nearly two months of our Tip Shop being closed to the public because of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Green Skills Denmark Tip Shop will be open for business on Monday 25th May 2020, with usual trading hours of 12 - 4 pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 1pm on Sundays.
Green Skills has used the time to upgrade, tidy and revamp the Tip Shop. Major improvements to some of our shed floors and the storage areas have been implemented during this period of closure.  Its been a massive cleanup and a huge effort undertaken by the Tip Shop staff and volunteers.
Big Thanks to the enthusiastic staff at the Tip Shop for using this period to do excellent work. Especially thanks to Anita, Angie, Warren, Gus and Noelene, and others, who have helped with this big task.
Green Skills have prepared a Covid-19 Safety Management Plan for the Tip Shop with safety the priority, including customer management and hygiene measures needing to be adhered to by staff, volunteers and customers.
We look forward to seeing you at our Tip Shop, and happy to be open again!

After a crazy time where we ran completely out of toilet paper, the Albany office is now back in stock of all Who Gives a Crap toilet paper, paper towel and tissues.
We have been advised by Who Gives a Crap that supply is now able to return to normal.

The Albany Office #Food is Free Cart has a new look - come and share

The #foodisfree cart at the Albany Green Skills office has had a revamp with a fresh coat of paint and new baskets for the different fruit, vegetables, herbs, small plants & seedlings and other foods or food plants that people may wish to share.
This cart is Green Skills contribution to the worldwide Food is Free Project.
This project is about more than “just food”. This is about getting back to the basics, growing our own foods but also sharing our excess with others to support those in need, connecting with neighbours and the greater community.
