Learn how to bend like the willow tree while safely exploring your physical limits each week. No Pilates experience required! This 6 week series will lead you progressively to a challenging* exercise with the stability ball. You’ll receive bonus digital resources for guided home practice if you attend all 6 classes and/or complete the challenge exercise with good form.
*The challenging exercise will be modified to suit different levels and abilities.

Harjit is a software developer, Pilates Instructor and recreational trapeze artist. She initially turned to Pilates to deal with debilitating chronic illness. A combination of mindful movement and lifestyle changes eventually led to her recovery. She’s now fit enough to pursue circus as a hobby! Harjit teaches Pilates locally and online to help her students gain strength and confidence so they too can live boldly and follow their passions.
