Atop of 'Ben'.
(with the 10 ft trig point well and truly buried).

Ben Nevis,
Quite simply the highest, most dangerous peak in the whole of the British Isles.
Ben, as the locals call him, majestically rises over 4,400 feet and casts a daunting shadow over anyone foolhardy enough to contemplate conquering his mercurial peak.
Now fool was not the four letter word we uttered when we approached the base of the climb and given this is a business communication, we shall go no further into this conversation. Let's just say that during the course of our 9 mile, 7 hour expedition, the use of 'industrial language' was at a premium.
However we persevered and pressed on and managed to make it to the summit in one piece (just) to be greeted by one more 'Ben' present.....
Six feet of snow.... in June ! !
Don't forget, we're not doing this simply as a weekend jaunt. We're old, unfit and DO know better. We're raising much needed funds in support of The Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
Simply go to the Just Giving page here, and pledge what you can.
You never know, it could be your life we end up saving !
