Identifying Regional Community Services Research Priorities Using Roadmapping Techniques

CLAHRC EoE and the NIHR Brain Injury Healthcare Technology Co-operative (HTC) held a roadmapping event in July with representatives of Community Services from across East of England region. The day, which built upon an earlier community services workshop held by CLAHRC EoE, enabled the sharing and capturing of participant perspectives and the crystallisation of research priorities that could be supported by CLAHRC EoE, the Brain Injury HTC or provide the infrastructure for bids to other funding sources.

Let’s talk about Mental Health! Bridging the gap between research and real life

Our host Trust Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) is holding a celebratory event ahead of the World Mental Health Day this year. The aim of the event is to raise awareness and start discussions about mental health issues and dementia. There is a lot of pioneering research taking place in the Trust and this event is a great way to find out more about it.

Prioritisation Group deadline: 28 September


The Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care East of England (CLAHRC EoE) Prioritisation Group is pleased to welcome applications for the next round of funding. Proposals for funding must be submitted via our Research Theme Leads.

The deadlines for project proposals are as follows 
  • September 28th 2015: Deadline for submitting proposals to Prioritisation Group for review
  • During October to December 2015: Decisions will be made and theme leads informed
  • April 1st 2016: Projects to begin
