Alzheimer’s Society – Implementation Grants

Applicants can apply for grants of up to £400,000 over 36 months that will either: enable the scale-up of evidence based interventions that have been shown to improve care and are ready to be implemented at a larger scale, or; lay the foundations for the scale-up of evidence based interventions; testing the feasibility of bringing dementia research knowledge into the real world.

Deadline for Outline applications: 12pm Friday 14th October

CHAIN subgroup SMOLTC (Self-management of long-term conditions) introduce six new volunteer co-facilitators

Six new volunteer co-facilitators have joined the Self-management of long-term conditions (SMOLTC) sub-group, offering very diverse expertise, though complementary fields of interest in the context of SMOLTC.
