TWDB Flood Planning

The Texas Water Development Board is inviting flood stakeholders to comment on issues such as watershed boundaries by Aug. 30  that will be used in developing rules for the new state flood planning program.

We encourage you to submit comments, especially if you have information that is relevant for basin boundaries between the Colorado, San Bernard and Brazos rivers. See Attachments 3 and 4 in the "Implementation of Flood Legislation from the 86th Texas Legislative Session."
We look forward to seeing you next week!

The coalition urges a fair and balanced approach to river management for all parties under all conditions – from drought to flood. The Lower Colorado River Basin Coalition is a 501 c (6) entity.
