As Taylor Swift would say, "August slipt away like a bottle of wine", truly August flew by much faster. We've been busy, and it's been great—it's the kind of busyness that comes with new opportunities and growth. However, we are always working to balance rest, recovery and reflection. These are essential parts of the journey towards a successful, happy and well-lived life.

Now before we trade in our summer shorts for fall sweaters, we wanted to highlight some of the team’s great work and progress over the summer.
