With Kelly Ho

Kelly started with Champion's in February as one of our cadets.

This month we get to know Kelly a little better.

Can you tell us a bit about your role at Champions?

As a cadet, my predominant role at Champions is learning! Thus far, I’ve been doing various individual tax returns, BAS/IAS’s as well as being introduced to company tax returns and other bookkeeping jobs. Besides this, I also help out with administrative tasks.

How would you describe Champion's as a firm?

An extremely friendly environment with a fun and dedicated team. Everyone is very pleasant to work with as the overall attitude has been positive. Constant constructive feedback from the team is helpful for self improvement in my current role.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I love taking care of my puppy and bunny at home as I rarely think I spend enough time with them. I also like baking and spending time with my friends and family.

What is the last book that you have read?

The last book I read was The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. There were lots of hype around this book for a good reason.

What is your favourite movie?

One of my favourite movies is ‘Up’ as I am still a Disney kid. These original movies were what I grew up watching.

Where is your favourite holiday destination?

I would love to travel to Europe, more specifically France or Italy as I would want to see their famous landmarks in person. Also, the food culture would be exciting to experience!

If you were stranded on a deserted island what is the one thing you could not do without?

I would definitely need a phone to be able to contact my family and friends as I would not be able to handle being alone!
