Is Your Brain On Your Mind?

It’s March, and when I think of March, I think of the Brain, because every year, for one week, the Dana Foundation holds an awareness week! This year it’s March 12-18.

Truth is, as a health and neuropsychologist encouraging mind-body-brain wellness, the brain is pretty much my day-to-day. One might even say, I always have the brain on my mind.
Let's Get to Know the Brain

In my latest 'The Grand Conductor' resource packet, I go through the biology of the brain, as well as the latest research on how to keep it in tip-top shape.
Get to know your brain & how to protect what makes you, YOU!

What does your unique brain look like?

It’s important to remember that we’re just brains studying brains. We’re limited in our understanding of the brain by the virtue of the very thing we’re using to study it! In addition, just as every individual is unique, so is each brain different from the next, and, moreover, constantly changing as we age! So, let’s all open our minds (see what I did there?) and learn more about ours, and each other’s, unique brains.

Click on the brain image below to print it out and color it in however you please! No artistic skill is necessary. When you are finished, please, #ShareYourBrain on social media and tag @BrainCurvesI’m going to do this as well, and share it on my social media pages, so stay tuned!
