The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is pleased to announce the external comment period for its draft Humanitarian Action Policy. Through July 8, 2022, the Agency is inviting all interested stakeholders to review and provide feedback on the draft Policy. Please submit any feedback no later than 5:00 PM EST on July 8, 2022.

Stakeholder Consultation Report: Theories of Change in Resilience Food Security Activities
Stakeholder consultations provide opportunities for implementing partners and BHA to engage on critical issues affecting food security programming and identify solutions together. Convened by IDEAL, a consultation on the use of “Theories of Change (TOCs) in Resilience Food Security Activities” was held in March 2022. This consultation sought to examine the strengths and challenges of using TOCs in implementation and work together toward recommendations that may improve overall effectiveness.
