Working with Qualitative Data: An Introduction to Coding and Thematic Analysis

This course introduces participants to coding and thematic analysis, two foundational strategies for working with qualitative data. The workshop features hands-on, skill-building opportunities and presents a set of guiding questions that evaluators can use to focus analyses and consider essential ethical issues such as positionality and cultural competence.
 
 

Implementing a Successful Voucher Program

This is an on-demand online course that explores the best practices for planning, designing, and implementing a successful voucher program in a humanitarian crisis situation. Learn the key steps and process to designing a successful voucher program in the Introduction to Vouchers course. Then, practice what you have learned by implementing a voucher program in a humanitarian crisis situation through an interactive online simulation.
 
 

Nutrition-Sensitive Agriculture Design Guide Community of Practice

This Community of Practice provides tailored support to members facilitating the Design Guide workshop for their activity teams and applying included concepts to programming and also fosters knowledge-sharing between members about their experiences related to the Design Guide. To address common challenges related to designing nutrition-sensitive agriculture programming, the Designing Effective Nutrition-Sensitive Agriculture Activities Workshop supports activities in selecting contextually appropriate outcomes, interventions, and indicators.

REAL Short Course in Resilience Measurement

This short course consists of four recorded webinar sessions based on REAL Guidance Notes where you will learn how to apply the guidance in your work. The topics covered in this short course include: Risk and Resilience Assessments; Design and Planning for Resilience Monitoring & Evaluation at the Activity Level; Measuring Shocks, Stresses, and Resilience Capacities & Analyzing Resilience; and Recurrent Monitoring Surveys.
 
 

CaLP’s Cash Learning Hub
The Cash and Learning Partnership (CaLP) | Ongoing | Online | No Cost

This hub provides a space for facilitators and trainers to access and download CaLP's face-to-face training materials. In total there are 10 courses available in English, some of those are in French, Spanish and Arabic. Recently, CaLP has updated the content of the "Linking Social Protection and CVA" course, as well as the "Market Assessment Tools Training" training materials. They also made available the "CVA – The Fundamentals" course for remote delivery.
 
 

Finance for Sustainable WASH Systems

Developed in collaboration with IRC, Water.org, and Water For People, this course brings together the latest thinking from around the world to equip you with the insights and tools to accelerate finance for more resilient WASH systems that can deliver sustainable services to all. By the end of the course, participants will have a good understanding of finance as an essential part of sustainable WASH systems.
 
 

Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation for Learning

This online course builds on the deep historical experience with participatory approaches and methods that the Institute of Development Studies has pioneered and shares new frontier methods for quality implementation of participatory processes at scale to support learning-focused and complexity-aware M&E systems.
