Draft Request for Applications: Resilience Food Security Activity in Mozambique


Photo of woman farming in the PhillipinesUSAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) has released the draft Fiscal Year 2022 Request for Applications (RFA) for a Resilience Food Security Activity (RFSA) in Mozambique for review and comments.

All comments and inquiries should be directed to this email. Comments on the draft FY 2022 RFSA RFA for Mozambique are due on Monday, April 5, 2021, at noon (Eastern Standard Time). USAID/BHA is planning to have a virtual solicitation briefing while the RFA is in draft.

MRR Innovation Lab: Call for Proposals for Research on Food Security and Resilience


Photo of a man with camelsThe Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Markets, Risk & Resilience (MRR) at UC Davis invites researchers at U.S. universities to submit proposals for research projects that bolster resilience, keeping rural individuals, households, communities, and markets in positions of economic viability from which they can accelerate inclusive agricultural growth.

The MRR Innovation Lab anticipates funding 4-6 proposals under this solicitation. Questions on this solicitation may be directed to the BASIS/MRR Innovation Lab office at basis@ucdavis.edu. Full proposals are due by April 19, 2021 at 11:59 pm PT.

Request for Proposals: Mid-Term Evaluation of the IDEAL ActivityDeadline: March 8, 2021
IDEAL has entered the third year of its five-year period of performance and is requesting quotations from evaluation consultant(s) to conduct a mid-term evaluation. The evaluation will be conducted from April to September 2021. Applicants must submit their CV(s) and a cost quotation, including a breakdown of the expected level of effort (LOE) and cost per deliverable listed in the Scope of Work (SOW). 

Request for Applications (RFA): IDEAL Qualitative M&E Program Improvement AwardDeadline: March 5, 2021
IDEAL is soliciting applications that strengthen the capacity of USAID Title II implementers to incorporate qualitative analysis into monitoring and evaluation. Applications will support the development, testing, packaging, and sharing of processes, systems, and tools to improve qualitative data collection, analysis, and utilization in support of USAID Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance strategy and policy.
