Dear Campus Community,

The final report of Dr. Roger Worthington’s external review of racism at CC is now available. To access the report, go to the external review of racism webpage and use your CC username and password when prompted to “log in to our intranet.”
As I outlined in my May 9th email, over the summer months, a small group will use this report, along with the external review of the Butler Center and other information gathered throughout the year, to draft an implementation plan with a timeline and metrics for tracking progress toward our goals.
At the beginning of the 2019-20 academic year, I will share the draft plan with the campus community and ask the Diversity and Equity Advisory Board, the Faculty Executive Committee, the Colorado College Student Government Association, Staff Council, and other faculty, staff, and student groups to review and comment on the plan. With this input from the campus community, we will finalize our strategy and begin implementation.
Our focus on working to become an antiracist institution is a strategic priority, and success depends on our sustained engagement and contributions. Thank you for taking this hard work seriously and for committing to change.
