New online service


Universal Class offers patrons a unique online education experience and it’s available free of charge to all dlr Library members. Over 300,000 students around the world have benefited from Universal Class’ unique instructional technologies.

The service provides high quality, online courses to help you learn the skills needed to achieve your goals. Courses include lessons, exams, assignments, discussion boards and an instructor to help you master the learning outcomes.

When signing up, you will be asked for your library card number.

Interested in Manifestos?


Nathan O'Donnell will give a talk on 'The History of the Manifesto as a literary form' in dlr LexIcon Studio, on Tuesday 16th Feb at 7pm. Nathan will explore the ways in which the form was adopted in the twentieth century by artistic and political radicals across Europe, including the 1916 rebels. Free talk, all welcome.

'Creating the Manifesto' is a project that will run in dlr LexIcon  in conjunction with the National Print Museum from 29 March-1 April. We invite those aged 16-20yrs to create and print their own manifestos.
