dlr Local Studies have recently taken out a trial subscription on the Find My Past website of their ‘World Collection’ of genealogical records. The ‘World Collection’ includes the ‘Ireland Collection’ which is the largest collection of Irish family history records online (over 100 million), including: 10 million fully indexed Irish Catholic Parish Registers, Petty Sessions records 1828-1914 (exclusive), Landed Estate Court rentals 1849-85 (exclusive), Prison Registers 1790-1924 (exclusive), Dog License Registers 1863-1914 (exclusive), Directories (largest collection online), Irish Wills (largest collection online), Irish census records 1749-1911, 21 million civil birth, marriage and death records, The most comprehensive version of Griffith’s Valuation online.
This trial will run for a period of three months valid up to 09 September 2016 and will be available in dlr Lexicon only. Please contact a member of staff on Level 5, Local Studies section, if you would like to access this service.
