OFFICER TRAINING

Officer Training for Deacons & Elders
Partnering with the Presbytery of Los Ranchos:
Saturday, January 9, 2016, Trabuco Presbyterian Church, 8:30 AM - 12 PM
Saturday, January 30, 2016, Community Presbyterian Church, La Mirada, 9 AM - 12:30 PM


Rev. Forrest Claassen, Stated Clerk of the Los Ranchos Presbytery, will lead the training at both events. The topics will be the same.

This training is for all new and current Deacons and Elders. Officers from local Presbyterian churches have been invited to attend as well.

Some of the topics to be covered are: How General Assembly and Presbytery and the local church work together, church polity and government, and the roles of being a Deacon and Elder.

A continental breakfast will be provided at Trabuco. Please RSVP to Michele Johnson at
