Summer is BACK! Did you know the 118º high temp we had on Father's Day set a record?? It was the 5th highest temperature recorded at Phoenix Sky Harbor!
On the horizon... monsoon storms. It's thundering as I write this. I personally think the nighttime storms make great sleeping conditions- especially if you crank down the A/C! Even better, it'll be sunny in the morning. :) #silverlinings

In real estate: I'll make this short and sweet. The overall market has been relatively stable with a few bright (entry level homes & condos) & dull spots (luxury). May 2016 was the best month for sales ($ volume) since June 2006 & my best month for sales ever (11yrs)! It's quieter now with lots of folks leaving town for vacation. "Brexit" is shaking things up a bit.
