Succession planning is everyone's business
Over 50 people came along to a free workshop on succession planning in August. They came from a range of backgrounds with a common interest, to get some guidance on what can be a complex and emotive subject - securing the future of the family farm. Read more

A boost for wild dog control measures in the Hunter
The Hunter Local Land Services region has secured three grants through the Australian Government's 2015-16 Pest and Weed Drought Funding program for measures to support wild dog control efforts across affected areas in our region.

Supporting Aboriginal students
The Hunter Local Land Services Aboriginal Scholarship was awarded at a ceremony last week to two very worthy recipients: Kellee Pace and Cameron McDonnell, both students at the University of Newcastle.
